BlueOptima Completes Acquisition of Cirata’s DevOps Solutions Business
BlueOptima has completed the acquisition of Cirata's DevOps solutions business, expanding its portfolio to deliver enhanced productivity improvements to software engineering teams globally.
London, UK – August 11, 2025 – BlueOptima, a leading global provider of software engineering performance insights, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the DevOps solutions business from Cirata, an AIM-listed provider of data and analytics migration solutions.
The acquisition includes DevOps products supporting Subversion, Gerrit, and Git, enabling globally distributed developer teams to collaborate securely and efficiently with minimal latency. These products are trusted by enterprise customers worldwide.
